A rota runs a few thousand matched tasks a month whatever its size, so this slider will not tell you much — the number that decides your plan is how many people you roster: up to 15 is Free, up to 100 is Pro, up to 500 is Scale, and above that it is Enterprise. Questions

What counts as a matched task?
A task that is matched to a worker by the routing engine. Creating, queueing, and completing tasks are not metered independently — only the moment value is delivered.
What happens when I hit the free-tier limit?
Matching pauses once the free workspace reaches 10,000 matched tasks in a calendar month. New tasks keep queuing; nothing is dropped. Turn on Pay as you go to keep matching with no monthly fee — you only pay for what you use past the allowance — or upgrade to Pro or Scale.
How do overages work on paid plans?
Pro includes 50,000 matched tasks and bills €1.50 per additional 1,000. Scale includes 250,000 and bills €1.20 per additional 1,000. Overage is rounded up to the next 1,000 tasks.
Can I self-host instead?
Yes. The routing engine is open-source (MIT) and runs on your own Redis. Fivexer Cloud is the managed option; Enterprise adds a BYO Redis/VPC data plane, a self-hosted licence, and a solutions engineer who builds the integrations and routing rules with you. The self-hosted licence covers the platform API and the worker portal. The management console operators work in is not part of it — keep using it on Fivexer Cloud, or have one built for your own stack from €1,499.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise starts at €799 a month, which is Scale’s price at Scale’s 250,000 matched tasks plus the enterprise commitments — a dedicated cell, SSO, a custom SLA and DPA, audit-log export and a named solutions engineer. Committed volume above that is €0.90 per 1,000. Where it runs, what support it carries and what we build with you are priced on top; the configurator on this page puts a figure on a configuration. Work built for you is billed at €99 + VAT an hour against a scope you approve first.
When will I be charged?
Not until checkout and billing are live. Today you can sign up and use the free tier (and any paid features included during launch) without a card. When billing starts, paid plans are invoiced monthly by Testreel OÜ (the company behind Fivexer), with payments processed by Mollie, an EU payment provider — cards or SEPA Direct Debit. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout where required, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse charged.
Will the price change?
We will email the account address at least 60 days before any published price change. Workspaces created during launch keep their free allowance for 6 months after that notice, and early paid customers keep their launch price for 12 months from first invoice.
