What you replyNo — and you knew that on Wednesday morning, not after the client rang.
No photograph is attached to any of those lines, because your cleaners cannot attach one yet — we say so again further down and we are not going to mock one up here. What you have is who, which site, which night, and what was ticked. For most QA conversations that ends them. If it would not end yours, that is worth ten minutes now rather than in month two. The round has to be re-cut before seven, by someone who is also driving. It gets done in texts, and by eight nobody has a single view of who is covering what.

What it doesn't do
The honest list, up front, because two of these decide whether this is for you.
- Your cleaners cannot attach photos yet.This is the big one for this trade and we are not going to talk around it. You get a timestamped record of who marked what done, on which site — strong enough for most QA conversations, weaker than a photo log. Photo attachments exist on the office side today, not the cleaner's. If photo proof is the whole reason you are looking, wait for us.
- It does not stamp a location onto a finished job.It uses where people are to decide who gets sent where. That is a different thing from proving somebody stood in a building, and we are not going to let the two blur.
- It does not work without a signal.Most commercial sites are fine. Deep basements and plant rooms are not. Worth ten minutes of thought before you commit a round to it.
- We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001.Your data sits in the EU, there is a data-processing agreement you can read without emailing anyone, and the part that does the work is public and free — if our price ever stops working for you, your own IT can run it and you keep everything.
