When Findmyshift is the better choice
Price is all that matters and your team is over about 80 people. Findmyshift charges one flat price per team, so from there it costs less than we do. It also includes payroll calculation and a 3-month free start.

Questions people ask before switching
Is Fivexer cheaper than Findmyshift?
Up to about 80 people, yes. Above that, Findmyshift’s flat team price is lower. What Fivexer adds is a rota that drafts itself, checks rest and hour limits, and blocks expired licences.
How do I get my staff out of Findmyshift?
Open Staff in Findmyshift and click Download. Upload the CSV file to Fivexer and check the columns before anything is saved.
Will my staff need a new app?
No download is needed. Staff open a link on their phone to see shifts, swap them and clock in. They can add it to the home screen like an app.
Is it really 50 cents a person?
Yes. The first 15 people are free. Every person after that is €0.50 a month on any plan. The rota is never a paid extra.
Where is our data kept?
In Frankfurt, Germany. Our data processing agreement and the list of companies we use are public on our security page.
What if we want to leave Fivexer?
Export everything, any time, for free. There is no contract to end.
