How we worked it out: Each band is priced at its top number of people: Standard £2 and Pro £3 for each, and Time and Attendance £4.50 for every 5. Monthly prices, before VAT. Paying for a year costs 10 months. Fivexer: the first 15 people free, then €0.50 each. Currencies are shown as each company charges and are not converted.
Things that change the bill
- Prices go up in bands. 51 people cost the same as 60.
- Clocking in, timesheets and payroll export are a paid add-on, about 90p a person.
- Text message alerts cost extra: £2 for every 5 people.
- Paying for a year costs 10 months, so 2 months are free, but you pay it all up front.
